Thanks fellas. One big issue is who to see. I google hypnosis in Sussex and loads come up. It's difficult to know who is good and who isn't.

I know a bloke who swears by one. Apparently comes with a guarantee. He gave her details to about five of his mates. Worked on them all except two who went back a second time and it worked then. Seriously tempted to give it a go myself.

Zico,

I tried hypnosis and a variety of methods to give up smoking. Eventually I just quit, cold turkey and it worked because I really wanted to quit. I was fed up of smelling like and ashtray and hanging around outside bars and work, in all weathers, sucking on a cigarette.

Good luck in your endeavours to quit and if you really want to, you will succeed.
